Allison Pregler Bio

Allison Pregler, a Z-grade movie critic, is famous for her sarcastic appreciation for dumb action films as well as horror films. Her first review was in 2009, gaining some recognition on their forums, under her previous username Obscurus Lupa. In the year 2010 she joined in the Channel Awesome Family. In early 2015, she joined the channel when Obscurus Lupa Presents transformed to Movie Nights. She also currently runs two podcasts on her channel both covering the Charmed franchise and both co-hosted together with Phelous. After a controversial departure from Channel Awesome Allison officially announced on January 20th 2015 that she'd be revamping OLP into an impromptu review show called Movie Nights with an appropriately-shlocky elevator jazz theme. The shows she appeared during Midnight Screenings were usually reviews of terrible films for kids or RiffTrax however, she also appeared in the odd adult comedy. She began reviewing movies at the end of 2009 and gained fame through the Channel Awesome forums before officially becoming a member of the group of reviewers on Channel Awesome. She's appeared on a variety of Channel Awesome series, from Atop the Fourth Wall through Phelous & the Movies. She was a member in Channel Awesome's Channel Awesome Family alongside Doug Walker as well as frequently appear on the episodes of the Nostalgia Critic.
